Terms and Conditions – Rummy Game Pakistan

01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Rummy Game ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at rummygame.vu and any associated mobile applications, games, promotions and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the Platform.

Rummy Game is an online gaming and entertainment platform designed for players in Pakistan. All services on the Platform are provided for entertainment purposes. These Terms apply to all game categories available on the Platform including Rummy, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games, Bingo and Sports Betting.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money games and place bets on Rummy Game, you must first register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals in Pakistan.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid email address and date of birth.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the Platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list associated with the Platform.

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Rummy Game will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email or live chat.

We reserve the right to carry out identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Rummy Game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Supported payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer in PKR
• Debit and credit cards — subject to issuing bank availability
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may change from time to time; the current limits shown in the cashier at the time of your transaction are the applicable ones.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. VIP players receive priority withdrawal processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

The Platform does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and may result in account review.

04Bonuses & Promotions

Rummy Game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free games, cashback, weekly Rummy tournament prizes and VIP rewards. All promotions are denominated in PKR.

General bonus conditions applicable to all offers unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This is the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry period shown on the promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings expire at the end of this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Rummy and selected slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all for a specific bonus — check the promotion terms for the applicable game contribution table.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply to qualifying for any bonus. A deposit below the minimum stated for a promotion will not trigger the bonus.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited. Your real-money deposit balance will not be affected.

Rummy Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn while you are actively completing wagering requirements, you will be given reasonable notice and the existing wagering progress will be honoured.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while completing wagering, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

05Game Rules & Conduct

By participating in any game on the Platform — including Rummy tables, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games, Bingo or any other game category — you agree to the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

Rummy Game operates its Rummy tables in Points, Pool and Deals formats. Tournament rules, blind structures, entry fees and prize distributions are published on the relevant tournament lobby page before registration. By entering a tournament, you accept the rules as stated.

All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generation systems for digital games, and by real-time dealing by professional dealers for Live Casino titles. Rummy Game does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have access to alter results once a round has begun.

• Players must not use any software, tool or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Players must not deliberately slow-play, stall or disconnect repeatedly to disrupt the experience of other players at shared tables.
• Collusion between players at Rummy tables or any other multiplayer format is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned at the Platform's discretion.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the Platform's server-side record of the game state at the time of disconnection is the definitive record.

06Sports Betting Terms

The Sports section of Rummy Game covers Cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, ICC events and bilateral series — as well as Football and Esports. Additional sports may be added from time to time.

• All bets are accepted in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and can be changed to fractional in account settings.
• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after the confirmation screen has been accepted unless the Platform offers a specific cash-out function for that market.
• In-play bets are subject to brief acceptance delays to account for data feed latency. The odds at the time of acceptance confirmation are the final odds applied to your bet.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market as displayed in the sportsbook. In most cases, abandoned matches result in void bets and stake returns.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a system error — are not binding. Rummy Game reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits per event apply. These are displayed within the relevant market before placing a bet.
• Accumulator bets are available. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated without the voided leg(s).

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rummy Game platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in Rummy tables or any other multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles without genuine game participation.
• Claiming bonuses fraudulently, including through multiple accounts or false identities.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings that would not be possible under normal operation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour toward support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account or the Platform's backend systems without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity or payment information at any stage.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Rummy Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a deposit made to the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Player-requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any real-money balance held in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via the payment method on file, subject to verification. Balances arising solely from bonus funds will not be returned.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily and reopen it later, any previously set responsible gaming limits will remain in effect for the duration originally specified.

09Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Rummy Game Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, use and protect your personal data. By registering, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

Rummy Game collects personal information including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and game activity records. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with verification requirements and improve the Platform's services.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment providers is limited to what is necessary to process your transaction.
• You may request a copy of the personal data held about your account by contacting support.
• Rummy Game retains transaction and game history records for a minimum period required for fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes.

10Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While Rummy Game makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions or data loss at all times.

• Rummy Game is not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to payment provider outages, internet service disruptions or force majeure events.
• Rummy Game is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• In the event of a proven Platform error that directly affected a game outcome, liability is limited to the return of the stake placed in the affected round.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device, internet connection and browser are capable of running the Platform correctly before placing real-money bets.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Amendments to These Terms

Rummy Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Rummy Game recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification of updates or at least once every three months if you are a regular player.
